Definition of Terms
Where ever the following words or terms appear, they shall have the following meaning:
“Agreement” shall mean End User License Agreement.
“We, Us or Our” shall mean Revolution Minder ltd the company which has developed the software application
to which this Agreement applies.
and provides “Software Application, Application or App” shall mean the Revolution Minder ltd product and
platform which you the end user seek to access and use under this Agreement.
“You or Your” shall have the meaning of the end user who seeks to acquire the right to use the software
application as defined by this Agreement.
“Insurance Provider or Them” shall mean an Insurance Company, Broker, Adviser, Agent or any entity who
distributes Insurance products.
“Service Supplier or Them” shall mean any business which provides You with goods or services not provided
by an Insurance Provider.
“App T&Cs” shall mean the terms and conditions as set out within this Agreement.
“Website” shall mean the electronic domain address www.insurefinda.com
Please read this Agreement carefully
By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, You, are agreeing to be bound
by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click
on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.
We grant you a revocable, nonexclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download,
install and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes
strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise
commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
Modifications to Application - We reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or
permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Term and Termination - This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or Us. We may, at Our sole
discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Us, if you fail to comply with any provision of this
Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from Your
mobile devices or from your desktop. Upon termination of this Agreement, You, shall cease all use of the Application
and delete all copies of the Application from Your mobile devices or from Your desktop.
Severability - If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be
changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under
applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Amendments to this Agreement - We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace this
Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 5 days' notice prior to any new terms
taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

Financial Advice – Please take notice, Neither Revolution Minder ltd or the Insure Finda Software
Application offered under this Agreement provides or holds out to offer personal financial advice within
the meaning of the New Zealand Financial Advisers Act 2008.
If You do not feel able to (or would rather not) decide on Your own, then You ought to seek advice from a
company or person whom You trust and who is competent to provide that advice. Please think carefully
about your choice to provide you with that advice.
Performance of Service - We do not recommend, Endorse or Guarantee the performance of any of the
Insurance Providers and Service Suppliers listed within the Application nor do We accept responsibility or
liability for any actions, errors or omissions committed by the Insurance Providers or Service Suppliers.
You are still able to use the Application by selecting Insurance Providers or Service Suppliers who are not listed.
Special Offers - In agreement with Insurance Providers and Service Suppliers We will from time to time make
special offers available to You via the Application. Access and availability to the special offers will be governed
by the terms and conditions imposed by the Insurance Providers or Service Suppliers set out within the offer.
Application Disclaimer - While every effort has been made to ensure the information contained in the Application
is correct, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. You agree to accept the changing nature of data means there will
inevitably be some inaccuracies for which you will not hold Us liable.
Acceptance and Jurisdiction - We will notify you from time to time of any change or addition to the T&Cs. These
must be read in conjunction with the all other existing T&CS . By accessing and using the App you represent that
you have read, understood and accepted the App T&Cs and agree to be bound by them. You accept that resolution
of any dispute between You and Us will be governed by New Zealand law and settled within the jurisdiction of the
New Zealand Courts.
Agency - You acknowledge and accept that We will be remunerated by Insurance Providers and Service Suppliers
for the advertising space provided to them on the Application, for ongoing maintenance and implementation of
changes to their advertisement and for the implementation and the placement of special offers.
You also acknowledge and accept that We reserve the right to charge Insurance Providers a licensing fees and
receive commission on sales completed.
Cancellations and Refunds You agree to be bound by the Insurance Providers’ or Service Suppliers’ terms and
conditions of sale. Your ability to cancel a transaction and/or receive a refund depends entirely on the Insurance
Provider’s or Service Supplier’s own terms and conditions of sale. Any decisions regarding cancellation or refund
will be made by Them and not Us. If you wish to cancel a transaction, You must contact the Insurance Provider or
Service Supplier immediately advising you wish to cancel the Transaction.
Cancelling an Insurance Policy - You acknowledge and accept the Application is not an authorized or lawfully
binding process to cancel your policies as Insurance Providers may require Your signature. If you want to cancel
a policy, you should check your insurance policy instructions or contact your Insurance Provider directly and follow
the Insurance company cancellation instructions provided.
Please Note: Cancelling a direct debit does not cancel your insurance policy.
The materials and software on the Application are provided “As is”. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warrantees or conditions of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or non – infringement of intellectual property or violation of rights. Further, the Application does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials or software on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or any other sites linked to this site.

Revolution Minder Ltd - We have spent significant time and resource to collect and develop the information on this Application and our website located at www.insurefinda.com (Website). We are happy for you to use this information within the App for Your own personal use, free of charge. However, if You use or intend to use any of Our information for commercial purposes, You must obtain Our written permission first. Any location, image, data and other content submitted through this App or sent to us through email and all intellectual property rights therein (together, the Content) becomes (upon submission) Our sole and exclusive property. Once verified by Us, we make this available to You on the App Website under these terms. You hereby assign and transfer to Us all Your rights in and to the Content.
The online global directories of Insurance Providers and Service Suppliers as they appear on the Application remain Our intellectual property and cannot be reproduced in any way, shape or form without Our permission.
We’ve added details about your ability to manage the information you share with us, and the new tools we’ve created to help you do that.
This updated Policy gives you more control over your information and more clearly explains how we use it. Our core commitments regarding your privacy haven’t changed.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know about any material changes, either by notifying you on the Site or by sending you an email. New versions of this Policy will never apply retroactively — we’ll tell you the exact date they go into effect. If you keep using InsureFinda after a change, that means you accept this Policy.
Who We Are
Revolution Minder (together with, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors — collectively, “InsureFinda,” “we,” or “us”) provides a service that bring people and Insurance industry together. Our main service is providing a digital platform that facilitates the connections between Users and Insurance/financial industry. We are a Private company based in Auckland, New Zealand.
How This Policy Applies
What We Collect and Receive
In order for you to create an account on InsureFinda and use our Services, we need to collect and process certain information. Depending on your use of the Services, that may include:
Information you provide by completing forms on InsureFinda — your name, email and postal addresses, telephone number, country of residence, login, and password details. We may ask for this information if you register as a user of the Services, subscribe to our newsletters, upload or submit content through InsureFinda or if you contact us;
Information you provide for identity verification purposes when launching a project, including your legal name, business name and Tax ID for business entities, and date of birth. In some cases, our payment processor will request that you provide a secure upload of an identity document (such as your passport, driver’s license or other government-issued ID) to InsureFinda;
Details of any requests or transactions you make through the Services. InsureFinda partners with other companies for payment processing, and the payment information you submit is collected and used by them in accordance with their privacy policies. InsureFinda doesn’t store your payment information apart from the last four digits of your credit card or bank account (as applicable), expiration date, and country, which we require for tax, government regulatory, and security purposes;
Information about your activity on and interaction with InsureFinda including use of our mobile apps (such as your IP address, the type of device or browser you use, and your actions on the Site);
Communications you send to us (for example, when you ask for support, send us questions or comments, or report a problem);
Information that you submit on or to InsureFinda in the form of comments, contributions to discussions, or messages to other users; and
The email address associated with your Facebook account, if you choose to sign up using your Facebook credentials. InsureFinda will also request permission to access your name, profile picture, and friend list (these permissions are governed by Facebook’s privacy policies and can be managed through your Facebook privacy settings). We never post anything to your Facebook, Twitter, or other third-party accounts without your permission.
You may decline to provide us with your information. However, this will limit your ability to register for an account or use our Services. You may review, change or remove your information through your account settings.
How We Use This Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To keep your account secure and protect our Services (including to verify the identities of creators
and prevent fraud and abuse);
To enable us to provide you with our Services, and to improve and promote our Services;
To create and administer your account, contact you, and customize your experience on InsureFinda
To track and analyze use of the Services so that we can improve how InsureFinda is performing and provide users with the best experience possible.

Performing the licence, we have with you: In certain circumstances, we need your personal data to comply with our contractual obligation to deliver the Services.
Legal compliance: Sometimes the law says we need to collect and use your data. For example, tax laws require us to retain records of pledges and payments made through our Services.
Legitimate interests: This is a technical term in data protection law which essentially means we have a good and fair reason to use your data and we do so in ways which do not hurt your interests and rights. We analyze how users interact with our Site so we can understand better what elements of the design are working well and which are not working so well. This allows us to improve and develop the quality of the online experience we offer all our users.
How This Information Is Shared
Information that’s shared publicly:
When you create an account, we create a basic profile page for you on InsureFinda containing your username, email address and the date the account was created. By default, your profile is private, and you can choose to make it public in your account settings. Your username appears with the comments you post and messages you send on InsureFinda community page others will be able to see the following things:
The account username you select, and the date the account was created;
Any information you choose to add to your profile (like a picture, bio, or your location);
Comments you’ve posted on InsureFinda community page; and
If you have “Liked” a product update.
Information that isn’t shared publicly
The following data will not be publicly displayed or revealed to other users:
Any payment information you provide;
Your password details;
Your IP address;
Your phone number;
Your date of birth and other identity verification documentation;
Private profile information, in accordance with your preferences; and
Communications you send to us (for example, when you ask for support, send us questions or comments, or report a problem).
Information that’s shared with trusted third-party services
We may share your information with certain trusted third-party services to help us provide, improve, promote, or protect InsureFinda Services (like when we partner with payment processors, or use services that help us manage our ads on other sites). When we share data with third-party services that support our delivery of the InsureFinda Services, we require that they use your information only for the purposes we’ve authorized, and that they protect your personal information at least to the same standards we do. We may also share information that’s aggregated and anonymized in a way that it doesn’t directly identify you.
Information that’s shared with Services providers
Insurance Companies and their collaborators may also receive routine traffic analytics about their company pages.
Information that’s shared to protect InsureFinda and comply with the law
We do reserve the right to disclose personal information when we believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with the law or law enforcement, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect InsureFinda legal rights, property, or the safety of InsureFinda, its employees, users, or others.
Links to other websites and services
We will retain your information as long as your account is active, as necessary to provide you with the Services or as otherwise set forth in this Policy. We will also retain and use this information as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect InsureFinda legal rights.
We also collect and maintain aggregated, anonymized or pseudonymized information which we may retain indefinitely to protect the safety and security of our Site, improve our Services or comply with legal obligations.
Users residing in certain countries, including the EU, are afforded certain rights regarding their personal information. Except where an exception or exemption applies, these rights include the ability to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information. While these rights are not applicable globally, all InsureFinda users can manage their personal information, as further described below, in their account settings.
You can request a downloadable copy of your personal data from InsureFinda from your account. To modify or delete the personal information you’ve provided to us, please log in and update your profile. You may also delete your account from your account settings page. We may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes.
Email and Mobile Notifications
We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. We try to keep emails to a minimum and give you the ability to opt in to any marketing communications we send.
We will send you email relating to your transactions on InsureFinda. You may also elect to receive certain marketing email communications, in accordance with your preferences, and from which you may opt out at any time by adjusting your notification settings. If you download the InsureFinda app, you can manage the notifications you receive on your mobile device in your profile settings.
We’ll also send you service-related announcements when it’s necessary to do so.
We take security seriously, and the security of your personal data is important to us. We follow industry-standard practices to protect the data we collect and maintain, including to encrypt information as it travels over the internet. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so InsureFinda cannot guarantee its absolute security. Your account information is protected by a password, which you should choose carefully and keep secure.
We have a Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) and protocol in place in the event of a data breach. We encourage the responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities of our Services by emailing admin@InsureFinda.com, and we will invite valid disclosures to our bug program.

Data Protection Authority
Subject to applicable law, if you are a citizen or resident of the European Economic Area, you also have the right to (i) object to InsureFinda use of your personal information and (ii) lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority or the United Kingdom Information Commissioner’s Office, which is InsureFinda lead supervisory authority in the European Union.

People under 15 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) are not permitted to use InsureFinda on their own. InsureFinda does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 and children under 13 are not permitted to register for an account or use our Services.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at admin@InsureFinda.com. If we become aware that a child under age 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we’ll delete it.

Your privacy is very important to Us, accordingly, We have developed this policy in order for you to understand how We collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of Your personal information. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure all personal information is securely protected against loss, unauthorized access and other misuse. We accept no responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, failure of hardware or software, and other factors which may compromise the security of user information which may result in the destruction of personal information You submitted to Us. If We become aware of a security breach of personally identifiable information, We will notify affected users as required by applicable laws and may post a notice as required by applicable law(s).
Third party services, social media features and widgets - The third-party products you choose to use on Our Application may need to collect and use Your Personal Information to provide their services to You. In order to use any products or services offered by anyone other than Us, You must review and agree to their specific terms and privacy policies.
Business Transfer - You acknowledge and accept that if We are purchased by another company or the assets are substantially acquired by another company, user information may be one of the assets transferred to that company. You acknowledge that if such a purchase and transfer occur any acquirer may continue to use your Personal Information as set forth in this Agreement. You will be notified via email or some other means of any change in ownership. If We were to go out of business without a successor your personal information would be deleted.
Protection of Revolution Minder Ltd and others - We may release Personal Information when We believe in good faith release is necessary to:
comply with the law (for example, responding to a subpoena or other legal process);
enforce or apply Our terms of service and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Revolution Minder ltd, Our employees, Our users, or others. This includes, without limitation, exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection or responding to government requests.
